Look both ways before you crap. :hurts:

Either throw your TV away, or block the 'news' channels if your TV is programmed for such. Turner Classic Movies, baby!

Adopt a completely apolitical, apathetic attitude. Find new hobbies. Mine are music and acting. The species can be entertaining, but rarely worth saving.

Hug all your friends, and always tell them how you feel.

Embrace your contradictions, rather than fight them.

Embrace chaos.

Make up your own survival tips, preferably gun-free, please.
