Has anybody else not eaten for a long time? It's been 18 hours since I had
my last snack. I've been off inside since election coverage began. And I'm a 6'3" 180 pound college student and I spent like 4 hours yesterday doing last minute mobile grudge work for local democrats. Nothing that I can think of in my whole life has ever effected me in a physical way like this.

God damn.

What keeps going through my mind is hearing Denis Leary say "even when good things happen to the red sox really bad things happen".

I guess that rule occured in a big way.

7. I recommend an English muffin.
Last night, I realized I hadn't eaten in 24 hours and I needed to eat or I was going to start dry-heaving. I went all through my fridge and cabinets and gagged at the thought of just about everything.

Then I saw the English muffins. Bland, tasty, nice texture. A little butter, and I drank a small glass of skim milk for the protein.

I kept it down. Give it a try. You never know.

I've been noshing all morning. First a bowl of oatmeal, then leftover spaghetti and meatballs, then the hubby asks if I want a grilled cheese sandwich... And now it's almost lunchtime.
