Question - I don't have cable - can they hook it up when I'm at work?

1. don't they need to hook up a box? usually they want to test

by checking the tv? AND is the cable line theirs or another cable company's?

2. Usually not.. most cable companies want to make sure

the signal is strong and acceptable or they will have to just send somebody else back to your house/apartment if it's not....

3. they have to test the connection in your apt to complete the install

just leave a key under the mat, and your stash out on the coffee table so they don't have to rifle through your stuff to find it.

4. All they have to do is turn you on, if you have the cable in place...

You can even pick up the box yourself at the cable office.

5. Nice - the reason I ask about cable is a DU specific reason

I don't have it but I HAVE to have cable access Tuesday night plus hi-speed access for DU
