Hey, if your kids get any of that peanut-butter chewy candy wrapped...
in orange and black wax paper tonight, save it for me. It's my favorite.

Oh, and I'll take all the Bit O Honeys, and the Chick O Sticks, and the Mary Janes, too.

:-)

5. LOL! I've already eaten all of the candy listed above...
Now I am starting on the Kit Kats and the 3 Muskateers.

He may keep his paws off of my beer now, but I bet in about 10 years, it will be impossible to keep a sixpack in the fridge for more than a week. :-)

4. Peanut butter kisses are good mouse bait too.
A few apartments ago, I found the remains one of the candies - almost entirely gnawed away - behind a usually-open bedroom door. That's how I knew I had a mouse problem.

Oh, and the mouse droppings kind of tipped me off, too.

7. Hooo...that story just killed my candy binge.
Thanks, though, because I could have eaten my way through the whole bag, had you not mentioned mouse droppings. :-)

18. Yes, much better...
I put him in the truck last night and we rode around looking at decorations and kids trick-or-treating. Well, he was so sad that I decided to stop at friends' homes and ask them to come out to see him.

So, we visited about 15 or 20 homes and he got to trick-or-treat without even getting out of the truck. :-)

He isn't running any fever, but the antibiotic that he is taking appears to be giving him sores in his mouth. So, we are headed back to the doc tomorrow morning. :-)

20. yogurt
folk medicine here-antibiotics encourage the growth of Candida. I think sugar is not good for it, either. If you can get him to eat a little plain yogurt-that might soothe it a bit.

:hi:
