8. It kind of makes one question the whole idea of the "self"...
...I mean, if one would want to get philosophical about it.

I can't even beging to comprehend getting satisfaction by being made to cease to exist. It challenges the whole idea of existence.

Or maybe it was the appeal of immortality, either by ledgent or by literally becoming part of someone else...who knows?!
