Cat: It's what's for dinner! (Cat recipes)
http://www.ooze.com/ooze13/cats.html#cook

BEER ROASTED CAT
1 cat cut into roast
1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cube of beef bouillon
1 clove of garlic
1 Fine Irish Stout, like Guinness

Cover and soak cat roast in salt water for 24 hours. Drain water and then cover and soak in beer for 6 hours. Drain and place in crock pot with your cans of soup. Add a clove of garlic, and a cube of beef bouillon. If you start to slow cook your cat in the morning with your George Foreman Cooker (or it's ilk), you'll have finely cooked feline in time for supper.

If a slow cooker is not available, a cat can be baked at 350 degrees for 2-3 hours in a conventional oven and still come out pretty good. Beer Roasted Cat is fantastic served with mashed potatoes, collard greens, and fresh, homemade egg rolls. When planning a full meal just remember- cat is a course best served hot!

Cat may not be the most glamorous, or tastiest of game meats, but with a little thought and preparation, Baked Cat can make the belly of the persnicketiest diner glow with home baked goodness.
<snip>

You know, it's amazing what we find on the internet.

4. I've actually eaten cat before.
A chinese restaurant I used to frequent got busted for serving felines in place of pork.

Needless to say...I now have a hard time eating pork.

I wonder how long before this thread is locked?

OOOOoohhhhhhh! The furkids saw your post and they are now constructing a recipe of their own.:scared:

Billy_Pilgrim chicken chili
1 Billy_Pilgrim shredded (claws are the method of choice) into chili slivers
1 can of Friskies prime filets Turkey with cheese
1 cube of chicken bouillon (matches the meat)
1 clove of garlic (to ward off the main meat's 'soul')
1 Fine bowl of Vitamin D enriched whole milk (to pass the cooking time).

8. Hell, I'm too old and stringy to give them any enjoyment past the
"playing with their food" stage.

11. Unfortunately, the *playing with their food stage*, with these guys...
is bound to be sheer torture, as none of them have any armament (not my idea, so nobody jump!). The worst they can do is keep pummeling you with those deadly pillowlike paws. Gad...what a gruesome way to go! Oh, the felinity!

16. Locking
This is very inappropriate and insensitive in light of DUers who have recently lost beloved pets.
