A bit on Letterman tonight. Kerry was speaking with Bush in the background. They rang a bell every time he blinked. It sounded like someone hitting the jackpot in Vegas.

After the clip, he said that it usually means that someone is lying when they blink like that, but he was just sitting there. What does that mean.

I love his George W. Bush bits.

1. Didn't see it, but
I'd think it was a play on the word "lying" so as not to say it outright.
