A neighbor's "Bush / Cheney 2004" yard sign didn't last a week!
I drove by there this evening and it was GONE! Somebody must have taken it down. It wasn't me. I promise!

:D

I've read so many threads at DU about Kerry signs being stolen...I thought I should report this incident, too.

I live in a politically mixed, semi-rural area in California...and, I don't see too many yard signs for either candidates.

While I loathed this Bush / Cheney sign...I wouldn't steal it. I hate it when they steal our Kerry / Edwards signs.

:bounce:

8. HA!
Reverse psychology won't work on me! I know you did it!

Side note: there is only ONE bush-cheney sign on my street and the guy had it near his lamppost for about a day, then for some reason moved it WAY back toward the house where it is half-obscured by some floral plants and hedges now.

Weird, eh? It was almost like he got ashamed of it, but didn't want to take it down altogether. Now if you didn't know it was there, you'd miss it. NO ONE sees it when they are driving by! ROFL!

10. the one Bush sign on our street has disappeared as well
weird. But there aren't many Kerry signs either. I am not sure what the deal is with my nieghbors. Other neighborhoods are plastered with Kerry signs. I just put ours out in the yard near the door a few days ago.

9. A Katherine Harris sign got removed yesterday because
It read Kather Harris for Congress and someone took orange paint and wrote "but not for the blacks" on it. I live in a culturally mixed area. It was sweet to see the orange message. Too bad it got taken down.
