Good comeback line for a freetard: "...so go away now...go back to trashing Kerry yard signs."

Just last week, Eau Claire and Chippewa county sheriff's offices sent a spokesperson on channel 13 to announce that there was going to be "stiff penalities" for vandalizing yard signs. Good. They had a ten second clip of some local GOP thug who claims to be outraged at the vandalism. "...well, what's going on is that people are letting their emotions override their common sense."

Yeah, OK. Try again, clown: How about "well, what's going on is that people are having bonfires at the expense of someone else's right to practice their liberties."

This is a heavily repug area...can't figure out why.. these people are poor as dirt and why they woudl support * I don't know.

2. Let your media - especially TV stations - know whenever this happens...

...and make sure the know exactly what KIND of signs were stolen. Document instances in your area. Put up a sign in the stolen sign's place that says, "Stealing Kerry signs won't let Bush* steal the election again!"

Everone pretty much has. It's been dem signs taking most of the damage, although I know that a few Butthead/Cheney sigs that got trashed. The B/C signs were probably ripped up by a pissed-off freeper that lost his job at Wal-Mart and then realized that a $300 "rebate" check is way too small for putting up with these last 31/2 years.
