throw in a few Bible references and watch Bush get totally confused because he's never actually read the darn thing. Heck he hardly ever goes to church, has had very little formal religious training, yet he claims he knows Jesus. Let's see how much he really knows. I bet it's not much.
3. Poppy Bush told Matt Lauer that Georgy had read the whole Bible... TWICE!
Of course, he supposedly read "Crime and Punishment" on his Air Force One trip to Russia to better understand Putin's mind (then he read Putin's soul through his eyes).
How long is that flight??? Maybe he read the Classic Comic version or Cliff's Notes, the way he did to get through Yale.
I was reading somewhere that an American Christian group (probably Falwell's) is giving Israel their unconditional support and the thought occurred to me that this certainly would be the first step to a holy war & eventually, Armageddon. Then it dawned on me that the Bible serves as a warning for the rest of the rational world. A sort of written premonition of what might happen if we allowed religious zealots to take over.
I'm convinced he can't read. That's why it takes him so long to prepare for the debates. He has to memorize everything his handlers tell him. That's why he tends to only have one or two talking points that he repeats ad nauseum. Anything more than that and he's sure to screw it up.
"See it says here, 'And there were in the same country Shemps abiding in the field, watching their flocks by night.' So that's what ah'm, that's what ah'm sayin. I am the Good Shemp."
