5. Etouffe, rolled in coconut, jerked and served over rice, in paella
in bouilliabaise, in a chilled catalan gazpacho, butterflied and stuffed with spinach, in ceviche, poached in a court bouillion and served with a key lime hollandaise, ....that's just off the top of my head. Give me a few hours and I'll come up with some more.

9. Anybody heard about this drug or whatever it is they put in non-US shrimp?
Some are saying don't eat imported shrimp ... which is pretty much all shrimp that you don't cook yourself.

Most imported shrimp is farm raised in places like China. The do use chemicals to control disease in the ponds. Many foreign companies are also in the practice of "dumping" shrimp on the US market, thus undercutting US producers. So I would eat only fresh-caught US shrimp.

Tonight they were in a bechamel sauce with crab meat, chives, garlic, sherry, and hot paprika...

Ok Garlic always Rocks...But you have to have Lemon with it.
I have discovered a Joy called "Shrimp and Crab Fondue"... YUMMY... Jerk Shrimp is good... Just about any Shrimp is Good....Why do I sound like that guy from "Forrest Gump" now? Ya know Bubba?
