We live in different cities. Last night -- because he has cable and I don't -- he watched the Northwestern - Ohio State football game for me and duly reported to me on its progress via internet. It was an exciting game and he was pumped up watching it (an ex-player himself), especially when NU beat OSU in OT. This was the first NU win against OU since 1971, the year I graduated.

Actually, men can be great. I'm not in the best of situations to think about it all at the moment due to my messed up past men and all their assorted dysfunctions, but I know there's good ones out there anyway. We'll see if any one of them ever finds his way into my existence.
