Mel Gibson, religous wack-job, actor, and "Fuck You" devotee, gained a retstraining order for his guardian angel.

"I spoke to Jesus about the fact this guy is hanging around all the time, and either he gets me a less effeminate angel, or tells this one to just back the fuck off some time."

No word on the outcome from on high, but the court is reviewing the request.
