it started when i found out i had to give this speach - in spanish a language i cant speak worth a flip. i give my presentatoin in about an hour and now it looks like im blinking nonstop with my left eye. i just hope it stops after the presentation is over. when my mind is on other things it doesnt happen... DAMMIT. lol. any cures for this stuff? its distracting as hell.

1. We had eye twitch going around our workplace
only one person would have it at a time, but it passed around to 5 different people - and there was no overlap or break between us. One day it would stop for someone, the next day someone else had it.

Now there's only me left, so I get it all the time

2. Comes from eyestrain and stress. Relax yourself, and rest your eyes...
I've had these, and they're enough to drive one nuts. Try putting a cool, damp washcloth on your eyes for a few minutes when you get a chance.

But these twitches do go away in a day or so.

3. ive had it about a week,
is that bad? i mean... could it be indication of something serious? i thought it was related to my contacts, so i stopped wearing them for a few days and it didnt stop. i just got done with the thing that i thought was causing the stress. and the twitch is still there.
