Who else is excited about the Ansari X prize?

I am looking forward to seeing SpaceShipOne fulfill the requirements and win the prize.

I really want to see private industry compete with NASA for space projects.

I watched that live yesterday (well, it was yesterday for me). Fantastic stuff. I hope they complete it and it proves viable.
Of course, space travel wil be as bad as commercial airline travel within a few years of it's conception.
