Senator Kerry had a command of the issues, a statesmanlike stance and a plan to extract us from Iraq last night. Bush had the demeanor of a bad school boy who is caught and admonished in the principal’s office. I think there is a clear choice between these two candidates – the able fair-minded statesman, or the spoiled impulsive little frat boy. Bush enjoyed lying about the WMD and getting us bogged down in Iraq and now over 1,000 brave Americans have lost their lives, countless thousands of innocent Iraqis are dead, many children and countless other people who have been traumatized by the hell that is war.
I want Senator Kerry, a brave man who knows the horror of war, to lead this nation.
