Assailant bites off piece of man's cheek at gas station
A chunk of a 23-year-old man's cheek was bitten off by an assailant who offered him drugs in an Exxon gas station parking lot on Old Bridge Road late Wednesday, Prince William police said Thursday.

The man was alone in his car in the parking lot at the corner of Old Bridge and Smoketown roads while an acquaintance was inside the station's convenience store, said Detective Dennis Mangan, Prince William police spokesman.

A man approached and allegedly offered to sell him drugs, Mangan said.
