Just trying to spread a virus around, it would seem. "You have visited illegal websites. I have a big list of the websites you surfed." Attachment details.scr .scr file

1. .SCR is a Screen Saver file. Usually a virus injector.
And the domain gov.us isn't a government domain. They're simply .gov for the USA. --bkl

2. Yeah, I get all kinds of these stupid virus emails, but this was the first
trying to pretend it was fro the government. (As if the US government refers to itself in the first person?)

I personally don't give a crap what websites anyone has a list of me visiting. Funny thing - it's freepermail; paranoid, attempting to instill fear, plus a bonus virus on your computer.

5. HAHAHAHA!! You should inspect the headers...
... and see where the message really came from. I have a hunch it's probably from Fresno, the new white trash capitol of the US and home of Frei-Republik-Bundschaft...
