So, before I head off to bed get this

Lately, the guy in the apartment next to mine has been banging the wall (our bedrooms are back to back) yelling "Shutup!" At all hours of the night - waking me up. Now, it's not me making the noise. I think it may be the person about him. BUt I thin khe thinks it's me.

What should I do?

Bang the wall back and say "It's not me fucko!!" ?

Something like "Hey, look, I don't know if the voices in your head are out of control or what, but I'm not the one making the noise. It's upstairs. So stop bitching at me for it."

If he won't quit, take it to the landlord or the HOA.

Short of that, just go over to his apartment and haved a talk with the guy. You never know, maybe he's hearing voices or something and you may be able to help clear some things up.
