damn i love the sam adams's october brew that comes out every fall.
making brats with a bottle of sam's now, and hoisting one too. y'know that sam adam's has gotta be pushing 100 by now, anyone know how old he is? bless him, still brewin' and still a patriot.

1. Sam Adams was my cousin

he lived at the time of the American Revolution-in fact, he was one of the guys Paul Revere was sent to warn on his famous ride. He was a brewer, among other things, like being Governor of Massachusetts.

4. Squatter's is my beer.

It's a local brewery here in Salt Lake. Their ales are to die for. My most recent purchase was 'Chasing Tail', a very smooth, light brew. With every beer cap I mail in, Squatter's will give 5 cents towards homeless animals. I'm drinking for a damn good cause.

It was his father who brewed the fine beer you drink today :)
