CBS doc update

He believes he can authenticate the docs without the originals.

It seems to me that the news media has been pushing the word 'forged' so hard that it would take a miracle to turn it around.

I wouldn't expect to get any media coverage from this. Nevertheless, it would be nice to be vindicated by proving the docs were in fact authentic. This story probably should just die, but it should die with the truth known.

His conclusion:

If I had been one of the experts advising CBS, I would have advised them that there is nothing physical in the memos implying they are not authentic. All indicators imply they are authentic. I would have told them that from my point of view, the memos are worthy of presenting to the public.

4. Excellent information... the problem is

that with all the negative fallout that Rather and CBS took... no one will touch this story with a ten foot pole. The repugs successfully have intimidated any news source from announcing any "new" information....

I hope I am wrong...but... the damage has already been done and I don't think there will be enough coverage of any pertinent information before the election. After the election it will be a different story and then CBS and Rather will be vindicated.

Also... WELCOME to the Underground.. we are glad to have you aboard. Keep up the these types of posts... it really does make a difference....
