Had mine stolen last year. When I was putting up Mark Warner for Gov. stickers, I had a batch of 50. I just kept replacing them each morning.


I remember that I went through about 30. Just Keep at it.

8. In college

I was lucky enough to be there when Clinton won for the first time so I put up a top ten list on my dorm door of why America will be sorry to see Dan Quayle go (mostly gotten from David Letterman) - things like "the White House lawn has looked pretty damn good the last four years," and "What the hell - we only paying him with Monopoly Money anyway." Some guy who was a Freeper before the term was invented tore it down. I had a computer and printer in my room so I just printed up a bunch of them and started replacing them. He would sometimes scrawl incoherent things on them that were impossible to figure out because of the bad grammar and misspellings.

I'm sure you can think of more, better ones to post.

Or print up political cartoons that make your point and put up a different one every three or four days. Do not back down. In fact, take it as a compliment if your stuff is removed. But DO NOT do any booby-trapping of any kind. It's childish, unnecessary, and could get you in the kind of trouble you don't want to get into.

If anyone does anything at all to attempt to intimidate you, speak immediately to your RA, and if you don't get quick satisfaction, go up the hierarchy as needed.

13. Before you put it back tomorrow,

take the sticker and put it down your pants (with the backing still on!!). Swish it around there pretty good, making sure to get at least some sweat on it.

Then stick it on the door.

Wash your hands.

Don't worry, the dipshit will rip it off again.

The next day, do the same thing, only include a post-it that informs dipshit of what you did to the sticker he tore down yesterday and that he doesn't even want to know what you did to the one you put up today.

20. I had my Kerry/Edwards poster stolen last weekend.

I found out today it was my neighbors next door I've never even spoken to. They even called me a baby killer.
If they took time to ask me about my feelings on the subject, they'd find out that I'm against abortion as birth control.

26. UPDATE....

I went to Dem HQ today to get replacement stickers (about a dozen of them). The replacement is still on the door...however some freeptard, probably the same one, wrote "Vote Republican! Bush 2004!" on my messageboard.

of the person taking it. That you know who they are. They can turn themselves in to you for a beating outside (or maybe a duel?) or you can turn in the video footage to campus authorities, post haste.
