http://www.unknown.nu/cartoon/

Felix the Cat - A strict libertarian. Against censorship, taxes, workplace safety laws, minimum wage, etc.

Mickey Mouse - Extreme right-wing Republican (some say even a John Bircher). Actively campaigned for Barry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan (an old friend from Hollywood days). A recluse ever since his stroke, he is said to have helped finance Buchanan's campaign.

Elmer Fudd - Orthodox NRA member.

Bugs Bunny - Long-time Democratic supporter.

nice to know that I am not alone. I would say that Mickey is just like Reagan, started out Dem, became a Repug. Foghorn Leghorn (White Rooster with southern accent) became a Repug in the late 70s or early 80s.

Edited on Sun Sep-07-03 03:16 PM by Prodemsouth
Charlie Brown himelf- Jack Kemp Republican, moderate Republican. Linus also a Dem like Lucy, but he is a thoughtful Liberal. Maybe leaning GOP-because of his belief in Great Pumpkin, considers Lucy and other Dems to be too secular. If he is still a Dem, he supports Lieberman. Peppermint Patty apolitical, more intrested in sports, but should be a liberal Dem.

36. Wile E. Coyote & The Pink Panther
Wile E. Coyote

  • Not too smart. Frequently outwitted by a bird.
  • Possesses just enough logic and rationale skills to get himself into deep doodoo and not sufficient to get himself out.
  • Willing to spend vast quantities of money in pursuit of a single trophy.
  • Complete and utter disregard for the environment.
  • Major investor in Acme Corporation.

verdict: Wile E. Coyote is a classic Republican.

The Pink Panther

  • Quiet person.
  • Oozes class and charm.
  • Possessed of exceptional cleverness and refined critical thinking skills.
  • Content to accept the label 'Pinko'.
  • His life is guided by some pretty cool jazz tunes.

verdict: The Pink Panther is a British Social Democrat.

53. My take on Simpsons.
Lisa -your right - Green
Bart- apolitical but simplistic appeals by the right will proably make him Repug- right again but explaining why you are right.
Homer- pretty much same as Bart
Marge is a Dem- admitted voting for Carter in both elections on the show. wrong
Burns- solid Republican -no matter who it is as long as they got the right answers on taxes.
Smithers-Log Cabin Republican, laspes into Dem, when he thinks it is important, Like in the Side Show Bob-Quimby election. I think of that ep. when I see David Brock.
McCain/Wolfcastle-right-Anold Repugs
Krusty- Repug-ran as a Repug on the Show!
Skinner and Krabappel, teachers union, Dems
Flanders- your right again - Christain Right all the way
Otto-apolitical - but would be Libertarian if he knew who they were.
Mayor Quimby- Yeah, he was portrayed as a Dem.

Ill take your word for it on South park.

Lisa--definetly Green party.
Bart--libertarian
Homer--has no idea who to vote for--probably doesn't vote at all
Marge--middle of the roader. Split voter--depends on the candidate

Mr. Burns---GOP. Will vote for anyone he can put in his pocket. Not very ideological but favors Neo-Cons.
Smithers---Around Burns a GOP hardliner. At home he is a bleeding heart liberal, often voting for Greens or Progressive Democrats.
Mayor Quimby---Democrat.
Sideshow Bob---Nixon style Republican or Buchanan style conservative?
Apu---split voter. Conservative at heart.
Dr. Hibbert---Liberal Republican.
Flanders---Liberal at heart, but votes for ardent pro-lifers.
Lenny---working class democrat.
Carl---voted once for Jesse Jackson
Cheif Wiggum---FReeper.
Moe---Paleo-Conservative.
Barney---Libertarian
Troy McClure---hollywood democrat
Skinner---Republican at heart, but votes democrat for $$$$ for the schools.
Skinners mom---Buchananite
Ms. Kerboppel---Democrat.

58. Green Arrow and Green Lantern
Green Arrow (Ollie Queen) is a liberal, either a Dem or a green. Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) is a conservative, probably a moderate republican. if you don't belive me, read the silverage comics.
