anyone get kicked off a political discussion board?
I've been a regular poster on a certain board for over two years, all of a sudden my puter began loading slow, and now I get an error message anytime I try to enter the site. The board I'm referring to isn't really political in nature but one of its items is.

1. DU has been acting up...
The mods put a message saying they are having problems with their database server.

2. It could just be a bug in the board

I was locked out of DU for a time. It was weird - got to "listen" what people were saying but couldn't speak myself. It was a bug.

Oh, and I've been kicked off FR.

3. not DU, but a different board entirely
I can't even open the page, and I'm a paying subscriber. Is it legal to post the board name?

4. I get an srng05 error.
this complete shutout started last night, and I haven't been able to access the site since then. Now, I know I pissed some people off over there, but they are reps, usually from Houston but wtf, you gotta take the body blows.

5. No, but I shut down
political discussions on a non-political (hobby) board recently. I never called anyone names, and I was very polite and didn't break any rules. But I got one woman in such a state that she went on and on for about three days about a hypothetical I posted about *. The moderator finally banned all political discussion, which they should have done when the rules were written.
