6. OK, in response to the edit--
Still not a good idea. Most spammers use bogus return addresses, so you'll either end up spamming an innocent person whose address was borrowed, or it'll go nowhere.

7. Yup. That's right. They might have spoofed some poor
little old lady's addy and now you want to make her a victim twice. Just copy the header and send it to (usually) .....abuse@(your ISP.com)..... and let them take care of it.
