4. Gloves Off! Kerry must launch a dumb initiative NOW!

The Bush campaign has framed the entire election on the area they are strongest, ie: ignorance. The Kerry camp must secure the advantage in that area.

For too long Republicans have rested on their laurels regarding stupid peoples votes. But this is an opportunity Kerry is squandering. Instead he keeps making rational arguments and spouting facts. It's high time he started saying dumb things in order to gain the stupid vote!
