next, you should get thyself to a medical paractitioner, who will cut the offending organs for your body, apply the correct amount of mercury to the sores, and send you off for a nice convalesence in a malarial swamp (luckily the bacilis that causes syphillis can't take temperateus above about 105, so if you get a nice fever, you can cure yourself!)

I distinctly wrote "shold" which is a Galic instructional verb. I don't know why spelling 'should' is relevant at all? :shrug:
