Unfortunately, it is only a visual joke -- you can't tell it around the water cooler...

I think that those who will get it will get it, regardless of whether they 'see' the 10.

Had it on as my scrolling screensaver for a while. Girl in the cube across from me asked me what "bin-airy" was. Glad I don't work there anymore...
