Vandalism(?) at trof's house

So we went to Kentucky for a mini family reunion over the long Labor Day week end.
The morning after our return, I walked out the front door and heard s-s-s-s-s-s-s.

A year ago I discovered that the faucet on our front wall, about 10' from the front door, had developed a slow drip. I turned it off as hard as I could and it still dripped. We don't use it, and I didn't want to get into a complicated repair, so I just bought a hose cap and screwed it on the faucet good and tight. No more leak.

Someone had turned the faucet on, wide open. The hose cap had cracked under the pressure, hence the s-s-s-s-s-s.

2. Seems like an odd vandalism

Mayhap a neighborhood kid, playing around, who ran away when things sprialled out of control and he thought he might have to pay you back for the busted faucet with a year's allowance?

Of course, given that most Freepers, like the Nazis before them, operate on a child's mentality (they have to be moved over there to make them more easily programmable, manipulatable, and immune to reason) perhaps this IS the work of Amerikan Sturmtruppen...
