Bike riding or a hard night of drinking?


You decide! The caption with the picture says he was riding his bike (the one with the bell and ribbons on the handle), but this looks like 'the morning after' to me.

1. I'm not sure
because I neither ride bikes nor drink alcohol. But looking at Bush's face and observing his behavior, I would say he's either on some mind-alterning drugs or he's brain damaged.
