6. Would someone share what the big deal is about Gmail

I know it's with google, but I'm not sure why I would want one unless it's somehow an improvement over my verizon email setup on Outlook

I was able to get in early and reserve "lazarus @ gmail.com" instead of having to tack on a bunch of numbers, etc.

It's actually pretty cool. Threaded conversations, filters, very good spam control, etc.

And it's hard to beat 1GB of storage. No more messages that my mailbox is full!

11. Just some thoughts on it

Gmail has a 1GB limit on size, plus allows you to send larger files than most other providers. It also has some cool features to search, find, and organize emails.

Actually, I'll probably just stick with verizon. Unless I could access gmail from work (I can't get any webmail on my work computer) it ends up being another email address for me to be bothered with.

Plus, I like using Outlook to organize my email.

and it's not really worth it either. Most folks know my work email and I have no problem with them using it provided they remember it is work email and use some consideration when sending me stuff.
