Should I eat the rest of my brother's birthday ice cream cake

This isnt my 3 year old brother, my 14 year old one for your info btw too. So there's a good amount of ice cream cake left and I only had one slice yesterday and he had 2, I am wondering if I should eat teh rest of his, after all he had a free for all giving my ice cream cake to all his friends last month when it was my birthday, so what should I do, have breakfast cake or be nice. He wakes up in hmmm 1-3 hours I would think.

My three year old brother is just me but 14 years younger, so I wont steal from him now el rato pelo, he's different, and a jerk so I steal from him. Thanks, I am gonna take it after my mom goes to work.
