He got nine months how many months ago. I hope he's free and I hope he goes on to resume his comedy career. Fuck Ashcroft! on edit- yes indeed he is free. As of July 7, 2004, Tommy Chong walked out of prison a free man. Just checked it out at www.freetommychong.com.
