15. I believe both of them ...
were concert pianists at a ridiculous age (11 and 13, or something).

Anyone who locks themselves in a room for 10 hours everyday for most of their lives to practise something, is going to emerge as the teacher and inventor of the next generation which Eddie certainly did (long time ago).

Cheers
Drifter

9. I'll consider it
but I am not confident I'll be impressed considering your opinion of Eddy.

But I'm being silly, we are all entitled to our opinions of course.

10. One of the greats...
In an era where music was shallow and inane, the one thing you could admire was Eddie's flying fingers.

Of course, they bicker amongst themselves like teenage girls. Every time I see them interviewed, I blush with shame at liking them.

But damn, man, the guy can play the guitar.

11. He has finally started working on guitar chords!
He can play an Am fine but is struggling mightily with the
open C chord. And that F chord in the first position -
forget about it!

12. When Gary Cherrone was hired as the lead singer ...
Eddie said that if he didn't work out, he'd take up the cello.

We're waiting ....

16. Have you not listened to "Respect the Wind"?
It's off the Twister Soundtrack (okay, I admit I own it.... *sigh*)

The classical training really does show....
