I don't know about "the best", but I've got one that is definitely up there. I was just pimping this CD in a Trek thread the other day. Voltaire is a devastatingly witty goth musician who is also a big Trekkie, and "Banned On Vulcan" is a little CD he did of Trek songs. All of which are hilarious, and free for download from his website:
