Should people be allowed to marry their animals?

I think it depends on the animal. :bounce:

3. Sure.
But they'd have to agree about whether they'd raise their children as animals or humans. I mean, what if the kittens want to be on the high school basketball team?

7. No, because the animal doesn't know what it's getting into
That would be a forced marraige

8. No...Pickles set a really bad precedent.
It just encourages them. Next thing you know they're peelin' their bananas in the Oval Office.

9. If there is a point to this "joke" I'd love to hear it
Otherwise, its just extremely immature or deliberately disruptive.

Your point?

12.  It is in the Lounge.....I just get prickly
when I see references to marrying animals...Senator Sanctorum loves to compare gay relationships with "marrying animals" and those are pretty much code words that demean gays. I guess I must have just over-reacted but I really thought it was really tacky, divisive, and un-funny.

11. No
But I do think we should have the right to adopt them as our children and claim them on our income tax.
