anyone heard anthems besides the US's in the games?

ah, what am I saying? ever since the games began, I've only heard RNC play the U.S. national anthem. am I the only one who's hearing this only?

I have to admit, it was thrilling to see the stands full of people singing the Greek national anthem with such pride when Fani Chalkia accepted her gold medal. It brought tears to my eyes...

it wasns't stands full of people, but there was a large group and they sang with all they had. Their national anthem is beautiful.

After the Cuban team won baseball gold.

But I've been watching basically 'round the clock. So far I have heard Israel, Greece, Japan, Russia, China, Italy, and Australia.

Plus Romania, Sweden, Netherlands... ya gotta get out of the RNC coverage onto the cable channels. I have had a blast this time watching sports I've never seen before!
