5. They figure they'll only get a 3-4% bounce.

Saw it on Yahoo last week that none other than the bush administration is expecting a less-than-overwhelming bounce.

Kerry's was 5-6%, and you should have SEEN the Yahoo message boards crawling with neocons gloating that he didn't get 10-15%. Naturally, the few neocons on the the message boards for the story about the bush 3-4% bounce didn't recall this information, so I was happy to remind them.
