My eyeballs are sweating
It's one of THOSE rainy-day arthritic mornings-- I ache from head to toe, my knees don't want me to walk across the room, and I can barely keep my eyes open. And besides that, I just had a rain-wet 75 pound dog come into my office and try to jump into my lap!

It's a temptation to take a pain pill and disappear into that warm, fuzzy place, but I have an office secretary's computer to reinstall Windoze on then deliver across town and set up, so I can't.

Man, I feel a thousand years old. :nuke:

1. Sorry
sounds like a bummer. Can't you take a couple of Naproxen and a cup of coffee to at least dull the pain?

2. Don't like Naproxen
It's asprin-based, and aggrivates my tinnitis to no end. And I already had my cup o' caffeine.

3. Sorry man.
I'm with you.

I have it in my toes, so walking can be hard sometimes. Have you tried Relafen? It works for me pretty well.

But I can't mix it with Motrin, so that kind of sucks. I'm constantly asking myself: Which pain is worse today? Back or feet?

4. I take Ultram
which also has asprin in it, but it doesn't bother me as much for some reason. The problem is, it's potent stuff, and it builds up in the system, so I have to cut myself off occasionally to flush it out. And when I choose to do so the day before it rains (who knew?) I wake up feeling like a badly embalmed Egyptian mummy, stalking around looking for vengance on those who would dare to disturb me... Oh, wait. That wasn't me who did that, was it?

:D

5. Aren't dogs funny like that?
Mine (all six of them) seem to want to jump up on my lap when they are wet.
