2. Edie Brickell - Volcano
She literally motivates me to get out of bed. The CD is in the clock radio and every morning I wake up to her singing to me. If I didn't like the album so much, I'd be hating her about now. I HATE to wake up from a perfectly good sleep, particularly when I'm in a nice, warm, cozy bed.

(I have to use the word 'album'). It's kind of like an oath of loyalty to the golden age of rock and roll - and my beloved Beatles. :)
