POWELL, Wyo. (AP) - Two youths have given new meaning to the term "shirts and skins." Police arrested the two boys after they were found playing one-on-one basketball on a street with a portable hoop - in the buff.

The two were cited for indecent exposure, putting an end to the late-night contest.

8. Matt was in his living room
If you can''t play bongo drums naked in your living room without the gestopo breaking down your door, then we really are living in a dictatorship.
