Poll question: What decade had the best culture?
This is in response to a poll earlier in the week about which decade had the worst culture. I know I posted the question earlier but I figured that in fairness there should be a poll.

3. Always looking to the future.
Wishing your life away. Though considering the low we got to this time, I am hoping for an improvement.

4. Hardly wishing my life away
Just not looking for it in the past.

The past is prologue.

The future is what's important.

6. 70s-80s crossover
Punk and Goth sensibilities. Great clothes. Crappy 'me-me-me' economics but you can't have everything.

7. My mom wouldn't let me listen to rock music when I was a kid
She was afraid I might become a junior protestor! :) (I was a little kid in the '60's)

Some of the cartoons were great: Bullwinkle, with archvillians Boris and Natasha (cold war reference); Underdog.....

8. Now that's a tough call

Each decade has its merits, whether it be music, style, art, entertainment, etc. I'll have to call it a draw.

EDIT- I'll even vouch that the 00's has some merit, namely in the field of cinema.
