7. Many reasons...

Many do not think their vote will matter much. Many people have a low opinion of politicians and elected officials. Many do not think the electoral system is fair. Some people are not the least bit interested in politics, they would rather watch Survivor than CSPAN. Also, some people have more important things to do, like work long hours to support their families. These are just a few of the reasons people don't vote.

But I would have to say that Bill Clinton ranks at the top of my list. Some other greats include JFK, Lincoln, and FDR.
