5. The piano bar at 'Connections' in Louisville, KY.
I think 'Connections' is closed now. But for my money, it was one of the best clubs in the country. It was ostensibly a gay bar, and I'm not gay, but it was just plain incredible. It had a dance floor, a piano bar, a cabaret, some quiet corners, and a killer drag-show.
