When was Eddie Murphy last funny?
Edited on Sun Aug-08-04 12:47 AM by tcfrogs
Another bar discussion tonight. What movie??? Bowfinger was good, but I don't buy that the Nutty Professor & his other recent stuff were funny.

Does it go all the way back to Beverly Hills Cop???

Edited for grammar...

2. The last Eddie Murphy film that I enjoyed was 1987's GOLDEN CHILD.
Unless you count him as the voice of Donkey in SHREK. (Haven't seen SHREK 2, so I can't offer an opinion on that one.)

8. "Happy premise #3: Even though I feel like I might ignite,
I probably won't."

Also the last time Steve Martin was funny, and the first time in a long while for both.
