Semi-Serious Question - At what age do you think w* learned to read?

when did he learn to think...if he ever did. He can read that goat book pretty well! :-)

He's still only semi-literate, though if that's alliterate or illiterate, I'll reserve judgment.

I think he reads comfortably at a third or fourth grade level, and that slowly and painfully.

Dyslexia is a bitch, and after listening to him and his dad, I'm pretty certain he's got a nasty case of it.

5. His comprehension level is very low

He does not understand or process what he is reading. That is why he doesn't react to his mistakes. He only puts the letters and sounds together. It is the way I can read French. It sounds ok, but I haven't a real clue about what I am reading if it is beyond a rather low comprehension level.

The chimp can phonetically sound out words but he is clueless as to meaning. Very poor comprehension level. Also is unable to express himself verbally in any kind of coherent way.

The rest of the world and half of the US knows he isn't qualified to fill Barney Fife's shoes - much less Bill Clinton's. The other half are as dumb as he is.
