I cheated on my diet tonight.
I bought some yogurt-covered pretzels. Meaning to eat 13 (1.3 servings), I ate 40 instead - over half the bloody container (which is made out of plastic too, go figure). But they were so goooooooooooooooooooooooooood! :9 :9 :9

5. I have been resisting for 4 weeks now
it's really difficult. Meat water and veggies are getting tough to handle. But looking in the mirror, and looking at Brad Pitt in fight club give me inspiration.

Out to dinner and cleaned out the bread basket. Tried to make up for it today - an hour at the gym. Ah well, tomorrow is another day.
