A health care activist I know locally is a light rigger and was telling me a couple of weeks ago that he was headed to the East Coast to do rigging work on a Phish tour...

It could be some of Mr Bean's work you are seeing, Will!!!! If so--enjoy--he's a good guy and has done much locally on the issue of accessible health care for the poor.
