Today I shook Will Pitt's hand!

Ooooooh, goose-bumps! Sarcasm aside he was speaking in Seattle and I had a chance to introduce myself. I share the same name as a famous Federal prosecuter, so Will was momentarily taken aback. He shared convention stories with a very enthusiastic crowd. Was 90+ degrees and sunny. All told, a most excellent day!

3. Will was quite impressive.

Very knowledgeable as well diplomatic. A lot of disgruntled Dean and Kucinich supporters expressed disdain for John Kerry as a candidate. Will said to work for Progressive agenda, and not become too attached to one candidate. Reemphasized goal is not just to elect Kerry, and boot Bush, but to throw out the repub Congress as well Repukes in state and local governments. Message was "there's still a long way to go, start looking at 2006 and 2008".
