But publisher might work if you dont have a couple hundred to drop on Illustrator.

2. That is what I thought.
Is there other software that is cheaper for doing this? I have Photoshop elements and Mico$oft Publisher.

5. See what you can't do with publisher
It's meant for the computer illiterate, so it may be frustratingly limiting at times, but it will def. get the job done.

6. If you have Photoshop Elements, why are you asking this?
Just use that. It's better than Publisher.

8. Try a bookstore
There should be a "Photoshop Elements Quick Start" from Adobe Press, a "Photoshop Elements for Dummies," a "Photoshop Elements in about Ten Minutes"...lots of that kind of book.

The "Quick Start" book would be good if you don't want to parade around with a Safety Yellow book whose title screams "I'm a fucking idiot."

9. Yeah, I guess that is what I am going to have to do.
I just noticed that there was one in the store the other day. At least I know now that I don't have to fork over $600.00 for the full blown Photoshop.

3. try paintshop pro - it has a decent free trial
if you don't mind paying some, but don't want to shell out $$$$ for photoshop, I hear photoshop essentials is pretty good.

if you want FREE (as in speech too), try gimp. Kind of an odd interface tho (espeically if you're used to windows)
